Emma takes up the World Sight Day Challenge

EMMA Richmond Opticians, Ballycastle, has carried out the World Sight Day Challenge and has raised funds for Optometry Giving Sight, to help people in developing countries see.

Last Friday, they took the challenge and donated all fees from eye exams that day to this worthwhile cause.

This date marked the third anniversary of this Ballycastle practice.

On the day of the challenge they raised 170. This will help those who are blind or visually impaired due to uncorrected refractive error and who do not have access to an eye exam and a pair of glasses.

Emma would like to thank all customers who attended that day and anyone that has made a donation.
