Cookstown’s favourite community centre, the Hub, is putting on a fashion show with a difference in conjunction with manufacturing company Copelands.
This Saturday [September 19] models in clothes from a range of local mens and women’s wear shops will be strutting their stuff through the impressive atrium of the Cookstown company, with all proceeds going to their charity partners - the Hub.
But don’t worry, you won’t be bombarded with factory chic.
Don’t think machines and concrete, instead imagine a vast atrium with glass walls and a sweeping staircase that could have literally jumped from the pages of the fairy-tale Cinderella.
With an amazing and unusual mix of both well-known and exciting new stores including Menarys, Sparkles, Tesco, Tempest, Save The Children, Bridal wear by No.8 and groomswear & menswear by Red there will be designs to please many tastes.
Familiar faces will take to the catwalk in what promises to be a great night compered by none other than the Hub’s Carol Doey.
Refreshments and entertainment will be available at the interval as well as stalls to browse and amazing raffle prizes - and every penny raised will be spent in our community so come along and support a great cause. Tickets available from The Hub BT80 on Burn Road, or call 02886 763398. Doors open at 6.45pm and with the show starting at 7.30pm.
