The High Court has ordered that the Londonderry-based property firm Tensile Properties Limited. be wound up.
The order against the company, which has an address at Jude Court, Campsie Business Park, Eglinton, was made on April 16, with the winding-up commencing from March 3.
Meanwhile, Dungiven based Murphy Contracts Limited. was also ordered to be wound up in the High Court on the same day. The order against the Magheramore Road based company commenced from February 18.
