SPRINGHILL will be hosting their first ever Book Fair this Sunday.
There will be a vast array of books on sale to suits all tastes and interests at fantastic low prices. As well as a bounty of bargain books, there will be a series of short talks taking place throughout the day with distinguished historian and author of ‘The Big House Library in Ireland’, Mr. Mark Purcell.
For the children, there will be storytime in the Drawing Room throughout the day with costumed-character, Mina Lennox-Congyham. You can make a day of it by visiting the Servants’ Hall Tea Room for tea, cakes and scones or take some time out in the Dutch Garden with your new read.
Sure to be a great day our for all the family, the Springhill Book Fair takes place on Sunday 18 September at Springhill House, Moneymore from 1-5pm. Normal admission. National Trust members are free.
