Former Archbishop to preach at St. Peter's service
The iconic white church at the city end of the Foyle Bridge is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its consecration this year.
Built as a daughter church of Christ Church, to accommodate the increasing number of Church of Ireland members in the Belmont area, St Peter’s was soon made a separate parish. It is now part of the grouped parishes of Christ Church, Culmore, Muff and St Peter’s and is experiencing new growth as families and individuals choose to join its congregation.
