House searched in Coalisland as police probe serious criminal activity
Police have carried out a search at a housing estate in Coalisland this morning, Wednesday, as part of an investigation into serious crimimal activity.
It is understood up to 30 officers from the PSNI were involved in the operation at a property in the Maplebrook development in the Gortgonis area of the town.
Local PSNI Inspector, Keith Jamieson, told the TIMES: “Police carried out a search this morning, Wednesday, 26th August, in the Maple Brook area of Coalisland as part of a policing operation into suspected criminal activity.”
No further details regarding the incident were released by police. No arrests were made.
