Looking for a home to roost

CROSSKENNAN Lane Animal Sanctuary is looking for a home for a little rooster that came into its care over the winter months.

Named Rooster Cogburn by the volunteers, he was found running in the streets of Belfast and has been staying in a small coop at the sanctuary ever since.

As the charity already has resident roosters, Cogburn has no company and is displaying stress behaviour.

CLAS are appealing for a home with experienced owners who will give him the freedom he needs.
