Magherafelt PSNI renew appeal about £7,000 tools theft

Police in Magherafelt have renewed their appeal for information in relation to a burglary at commercial premises on the Moneymore Road last month in which tools valued around £7,000 were stolen.

A significant number of tools were stolen including a Silco Infrared Curring Lamp – only a few of these are in use in Northern Ireland. Other items include a 2 tonne Yankee high lift trolley jack, a selection of alloy rims, and a 1 Black Hawk air fed hydraulic foot pump.

Anyone with information about the burglary on January 14, the whereabouts of any of these items, or someone selling similar tool at highly discounted prices is asked to contact Magherafelt CID on 0845 600 8000.
