Man contesting charges
A 35-year-old Waringstown man has elected to contest charges of assaulting police and driving related offences, Craigavon Court has heard.
Barry Robert Mark Tait of Clanconnel Gardens is accused of drink driving and driving dangerously on Main Street, Waringstown on July 30 this year.
