Man escapes gun attack on house in Toome


A man escaped injury after a gunshot was fired at a house in Toome in the early hours of Sunday morning.

At approximately 12.25am, police received a report that damage had been caused to a window of a house in the Elver Drive area. It is believed that the damage was caused by a shot being fired.

“A man aged in his 30s, who was in the house at the time, was not injured in the incident,” said a PSNI spokesperson.
