Man is fined after urinating on a wall

A Lurgan man was fined £100 last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for indecent behaviour on December 13 last year.

Forty-six-year-old Joey McAuley, Corcreeny Place, Lurgan, was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.

The court heard he was seen urinating against a wall at a car park in Charles Street, Lurgan.

McAuley, who admitted the offence, said he needed to go to the toilet and there was no toilet available. “Most of us have been there at one time,” he added.

He said he could not walk too far because he had a slipped disc in his back.
