Man swore at police
Christopher Lewis Connor (19), of Alexandra Avenue in the town, was fined 200 in his absence at the Magistrates Court in Coleraine last Wednesday on a charge of disorderly behaviour.
The offence was committed at Main Street, Ballymoney, on March 21 this year.

Hide AdHe shouted ‘w---er’ in a loud voice as police passed by and then walked off laughing and shouted it again. When arrested he told police: “I don’t care. I lost my licence because of you.”
A prosecutor said when placed in a police car Connor began to cry and that later when he was taken home he swore at police and told them to get out of his house.
Connor was not present in court, nor was he legally represented.
District Judge Richard Wilson said: “He was before the court at the start of the month for drink driving so he still seems to be aggrieved for that.”
