Man Van at Trasna

The Man Van will be at Derrytrasna Community Hall (Hall Rampart) on Saturday September 22 from 12 to 4pm.

Local councillor Declan McAlinden said: “At a time when health issues have become a very important topic of late especially amongst men this is an ideal chance for young men as well as old to have a chance to get a health check!

“It is a known fact that male adults attendance at doctors is very poor and with this ‘Man Van’ visiting our club this is a great chance for those who are otherwise busy during the week to have a chance to get all their health problems seen to and to get advice on how to improve their health,” said the SDLP councillor.

All men are welcome. Go along and get a free basic health check, free eye tests and get useful information on how to deal with stress, find out how to access other useful services. No appointment is necessary.
