Easter cheer for sick children courtesy of Carrickfergus donations

The Eilish Degnan Cancer Foundation, which supports young people with cancer and other illnesses, organises an annual collection of Easter eggs.
And Gerald Degnan, who along with his late father John established the charity in memory of Gerald’s mother Eilish, was delighted to receive support from Victoria Dental Care for the goodies which will be donated to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.

Hide AdThanking all those who supported the initiative, Gerald said: “This time of year, the foundation runs its Easter project where we collect Easter eggs for all the children in the hospital and other children that visit the hospital around the Easter break.
“We received 100 Easter eggs from Victoria Dental Care in Carrickfergus, where the staff and its customers all got involved to support the Eilish Degnan Cancer Foundation’s Easter project.”
