Police appeal after mini-bus goes up in flames in Dungannon car park

Police are appealing for information after being called out to investigate a vehicle fire in the Scotch Street Car Park in Dungannon in the early hours of the morning.

The mini-bus was said to have been extensively damaged after a blaze started on the driver’s seat.

Const. Andy Cooper said: “On Thursday the 5th November at around 1.15am, it was reported that a white Toyota Hiace mini-bus which appeared to be a fire on the driver’s seat.

“The fire was put out by fire services, however as a result the vehicle had been extensively damaged.

“We are currently investigating the circumstances.
