Police found drugs on table
Victor Torres (41), whose address was given as Thomas Street, Portadown, admitted possession of the class A drug on April 20 this year.
The case had been adjourned from a previous court so that a short sentence report could be obtained.

The powder found by the police was heroin with a street value of £50. Torres made a full admission.
A solicitor representing the defendant said the drug was for his own use.
He said that Torres was essentially dabbling with the drug at the time and had booked himself into a treatment programme.
He had finished that and was now abstaining from drugs.
