Highlighting veterans commissioner

The proposal was brought before Council’s monthly meeting in February by Councillor Clement Cuthbertson.

Cllr Cuthbertson welcomed a letter to Council from the veterans commissioner Danny Kinahan in which he included his contact details in order to engage with as many veterans as possible.

“I want to welcome the letter from the Northern Ireland Veterans Commissioner,” said Councillor Cuthbertson.

“I want to make the proposal that the Council include the commissioner’s office contact details on the support services page of the Council’s website.”

The proposal was seconded by his party colleague, Councillor Kyle Black.
