She is also accused that between November 17 last year and April 17 this year she dishonestly made a false representation, namely, held charity events for the purpose of raising money for Ceara with the intent of making a gain for herself and cause a loss to the school.

The facts were not opened at Friday’s court with District Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, saying that because of the nature of the charges a pre-sentence report would be required.

He added that given the seriousness of the second charge he said that a custodial sentence may be considered.

On hearing that the accused had a two week holiday coming up the case was adjourned until October 16 for sentencing.
