Scaffolding stolen from back of church

Scaffolding used for fetes, has been stolen from the back of a church in Banbridge town.

Constable James Murphy of Banbridge Response, said: “Some time between Friday afternoon, September 5 and Monday morning, September 8, scaffolding was taken from the back of the church. The scaffolding is used for the Church fete.

“I am appealing to anyone who noticed any activity around the church grounds over the weekend to contact us in Banbridge on the 101 non-emergency number.”
