St Cedma's planning proposal is given outline permission
AN application by St Cedma's Church to erect a new house and four apartments has been granted outline planning permission.
The proposed development at 14 Carrickfergus Road, Larne, would involve the demolition of an existing vacant house and outbuilding, to be replaced with a detached dwelling and two blocks of flats.
