Teenager taken to hospital after being cut free from vehicle in Portglenone crash

A teenager had to be cut free from a vehicle after a crash in Portglenone.

The NI Fire and Rescue Service were called to scene of the single vehicle accident at Ballymacombs Road in Portglenone on Thursday.

Firefighters used hydraulic cutting gear to release an 18-year-old woman from the vehicle. She was taken to hospital by ambulance.

Fire crews from Kilrea and Ballymena stations attended the incident.
