Temperatures soared to a sweltering 26 degrees Celsius in parts of Mid Ulster on Tuesday.

And it looks as if the heatwave is set to continue for the next few days, with the Met Office forecasting 23 degrees Celsius for Wednesday and Thursday, with more unsettled weather predicted for the weekend.

However, the night time temperatures will remain in the mid teens, feeling humid.
