Transcend all negativity and bewilderment

Today the winds of diversity may be strong

And so many things baffle our mind

But as you turn your face towards the light,

The shadows fall behind.

‘Tis the overcoming that makes us strong,

Stand firmly upon the written word,

You can transcend all negativity and bewilderment

As you lift your thoughts to the Lord.

There’s a blue patch away out yonder

That displays a love that never will die,

You’ll find His blessings reflect upon your life

As water clearly mirrors the sky.

God knows of life’s continuing pressures,

Be thankful He is ever by your side

And is always working on your behalf

As in His love you calmly abide.
