EEW decline to comment on City Industrial Waste move
A SPOKESPERSON for a multi-national energy company, which petitioned the High Court for the winding-up of City Industrial Waste Ltd. last month refused to be drawn on the move.
The Sentinel asked EEW - a firm part-owned by German electricity giant E.ON - if the firm could provide us with details of the decision to move against the Gorticross waste firm that was disclosed in the Belfast Gazette on November 8.
But a spokesperson for EEW said the company could not comment due to the ongoing legal process.
The winding-up petition was listed for hearing at the Belfast High Court on Thursday (November 21).
