Work and wellbeing event hailed a success

NETWORK Personnel recently hosted a success and wellbeing’ event at The Burnavon, Cookstown.

This featured top TV chef Jenny Bristow, who provided attendees with an inspirational cooking demonstration. She narrated this to promote the cycle of eating well to feel well, to help maintain the motivation to deal with the challenges of everyday life.

Jenny also included very relevant information from her own experiences in relation to setting goals and taking steps to achieve these, as well as encouraging participants to avail of all opportunities available to them.

Various exhibitors from the Cookstown area were in attendance providing information on an array of services available in the Mid-Ulster area.

Network Personnel staff provided practical advice and guidance around self-employment and the options available to assist those currently seeking work. Network Personnel is a recognised training and employment organisation with over 20 years’ experience of supporting those wishing to find employment. The Employment Programmes currently offered include; Steps to Work, ‘Up for Work’ and SOURCE.
