World Wetlands Day walk
Come along to this hidden haven on Sunday, 1 February to see and hear the winter wildfowl which call this place home – from whooper swans to greylag geese and tufted ducks – and mark the date of the signing of the Ramsar Convention in 1971 which called for national action and international cooperation for the conservation and wise use of our precious wetlands.
The guided walk will run from 11am to 12.30pm and costs £5 for an adult non-member and £4 for RSPB members. £2.50/£2 for children aged 5 to 17 and under 5s go free. Booking is essential by calling 028 9049 1547 during office hours or emailing [email protected]
