Chernobyl kids enjoy All Saints hospitality

ALL Saints GAC last week rolled out the red carpet to a group of visiting children from Ukraine.

The kids were in Ballymena as part of the continuing work of the Ballymena Branch of Chernobyl Children Appeal (NI) and they enjoyed the hospitality of the Woodside Road-based club.

The children trained with All Saints’ under-10 team and then played a match with them.

The home children and All Saints staff gave their visitors a wonderful welcome and each of the Chernobyl children received an All Saints shirt.

The visiting children also received a back pack from Ballymena Credit Union.

Ballymena CCA has thanked the chairman staff and members of All Saints for a truly memorable night for their eastern European visitors.
