COUNTY ANTRIM HARRIERS: Chestnutt performs well at parkrun

County Antrim Harriers had a good turnout at the Antrim parkrun last Saturday morning.

Making their parkrun debuts were Joy Chestnutt and Emma Coulter, with Heather Gault running in the 5k time-trial for the second time.

All of the team ran extremely well given the bitterly cold conditions. Joy Chestnutt excelled around the two laps of the Castle grounds and back to the Loughshore in a well-deserved 22:46, finishing as third female ahead of Heather White (23:03) from Raymond Hilman (24:08).

Over in Belfast, Naomi Lusty was the club’s sole representative at the Ormeau parkrun, timing a pleasing 24:07.
