East Coast’s Lavery leads the field home at Larne parkrun

Twenty-four East Coast AC members took part in parkrun events over the event.

In Larne, Greg Lavery led the field home in a new parkrun personal best of 18:23 (1st).

Club-mates Dan Spencer (19:27) and Naoise McLoughlin (19:59) followed in second and third respectively, both in new parkrun personal bests.

Chris Davis continued the personal best haul in 20:59 (7th), before Corey Urwin also claimed a top ten, completing the 5k time-trial in 21:08 (8th).
