Elks reach last four of Ulster Shield
Ulster Elks have reached the semi-finals of the Denman Ulster Shield thanks to a comprehensive 5-1 win over Lurgan, which included a double from Ireland captain Megan Frazer.
The Jordanstown outfit are joined in the last four by holders Ards, Randalstown and Pegasus.
The Elks are back in action in the Premier League tomorrow and they have the chance to go three points clear at the top if they can bag a win over Lisnagarvey.
