Duo back for Turners’ Cross test

The pair missed Tuesday night’s FAI Ford Cup win over Bluebell United, but Devine told Sentinel Sport that the duo will travel to Cork today.

City go into the game knowing three points is a must-win as they attempt to maintain their pursuit of champions Sligo Rovers, who currently sit a point above the Candystripes in third place, which guarantees a Europa League spot for next season.

The Brandywell men will again be without Stewart Greacen (knee), Kevin Deery (knee) and Thomas Crawley (hip flexor), while Sean Houston is extremely doubtful with a ankle injury.

Devine spoke to Sentinel Sport’s Editor Kevin McLaughlin ahead of training this morning.
