It is with great pleasure that The Milk Cup Association can announce their new Managers for the NI Milk Cup 2013, 2014 and 2015.
The U15s will be under the control of Conor Marlin, who is no stranger to the Tyrone setup, having been Assistant with the Juniors for the last number of years.
Conor has a wealth of Coaching experience , being the youngest Coach to attain the UEFA “A” Licence and also has forty two games under his belt with the Northern Ireland U14-U21 Squads, as well as management experience with Glentoran Reserves.
As well as all this experience, Conor can also boast a First Class Honours Degree in Sports Science.
Stephen Hunter will take the reigns of the U17 Squad for the next three years , and like his Junior counterpart, has a great Coaching pedigree.
Stevie “Star” Hunter started out as a player for Cookstown United in the old B Division and after several years - after the demise of United - he went on to play for Killymoon Rangers and Cookstown Olympic to name but two.
Stevie has also been involved in a coaching role with Moyola Park Killymoon, Cookstown Olympic, Dungannon Swifts, and currently manages a National League Team for Cookstown Youth FC.
This is a new era for the Tyrone Milk Cup Association and the Committee and members would like to wish Conor and Stevie all the very best in their new roles and look forword to working along side the two squads to keep up a great footballing tradition in County Tyrone and give young Players the opportunity to further themselves in the Beautiful Game.
The Association would also like to put on record their thanks and gratitude to previous Managers Paul Kee and Tommy Canning, and wish both them and their Backroom Staff all the very best for the future.
