THE Seniors played host to promotion chasing Slaughtmanus on Wednesday night with the home side slow to get going, Slaughtmanus monopolised the scoring in the first half, shooting in to an 8-3 half time lead.
With midfield pairing of Conor McCloy and Cormac Murphy getting to grips with their opponents, Ogra started to dominate possession in the second half, this was aided by good attacking play from Chris Bates, Stephen Devlin and Chris Collins.
Ogra clawed back the Slaughtmanus lead score by score, and with Ciaran McDonalds late free, earned a deserved point.
Next up for the Seniors is the long trip to Gobnascale in Derry, to play Doire Trasna at 3.30pm on Sunday. All support as always greatly appreciated.
