A birdie three at the fifth was worth four points but he ran up a six at the seventh. He took six at the final hole for a ‘ding’ but he still finished one point ahead of Stuart Campbell (5).

A birdie four at the seventh for four points helped Stuart reach the turn in level par. He dropped strokes at 13 and 16 for a back nine of 38 and a total of 39 points.

John Poole, Colin Smyth and Ian Suffern finished on 38. John’s better back nine gave him third place. John’s better back nine gave him third place. Chris Moulds and Ryan Symington were both two over par on the final tee. Chris won the best gross score with a par three against Ryan’s four.
