Heavy defeat for Dunloy

IN this Intermediate League match here was little to choose between the teams during the first half except a goal scored by Robin Patton on the 35th minute that saw Desertmartin in front at half-time.

Play continued to be close at the start of the second half, then on the 77th minute Lee Smyth scored doubling the Desertmartin advantage.

Dunloy had to chase the game after this with Desertmartin picking them off when Robin Patton scored his second goal on the 83rd minute.

Benny McGarry then had a great chance for Dunloy on the 85th minute but put his effort over the bar then at the other end Darren Scott completed the scoring for Desertmartin on the 88th minute. Referee Mr. Hugh McElwee.

Glebe enjoyed the best of the attacking pay during the first-half and this saw them take a three goal lead at half-time.

The first goal in the game was scored by Gareth Henry on the 25th minute then Steven Campbell added a second on the 36th minute. Half-time was close when Gareth Henry scored his second goal on the 41st minute which saw Glebe take all three points at the final whistle. Referee Mr. David Trainor.
