Powerlifter & Strongman Competitor Vaidotas Siurna competed at the Irish Strength Associations Expo in Bangor where he gained two 1st place awards with a 190Kg bench press and a 285Kgs deadlift.

Vaidotas made his Strongman debut in Dublin at theViking Cup, and is training for the N.Ireland’s Strongest Man Competition on the 31st of May in Knockloughrim.

And first time bodybuilding competitor Emma Quinn gained an impressive sixth place at the Ulster Hall NABBA competition in Belfast, Emma competed against the some of the most experienced in the business ; watch this space!
