Officers from C section said they had a busy day dealing with a significant number of illegal vehicles and offences across the district on Wednesday.

In a Facebook post, they said: "Two vehicles were seized for having no insurance and both drivers issued with six penalty points and a £200 fine, there's also the £150 release fee after they've purchased insurance for the vehicles... and the £20 a day storage fee.
