East Coast AC members and friends gathered for the first-ever annual club prize-giving - an event which celebrated the achievements of club members in the time between the club’s formation in June 2013 until June 2014.

The prize-winners were as follows:

Male Athlete of the Year – Justin Maxwell

Male Athlete of the Year runner-up – David Clarke

Female Athlete of the Year – Allyson O’Toole

Female Athlete of the Year runner-up – Penny Lindsay

Most Improved Athlete – Daniel Girvin

Female Veteran of the Year – Adele Neill

Female Veteran of the Year runner-up – Penny Lindsay

Male Veteran of the Year – David Clarke

Male Veteran of the Year runner-up – Kieran McKeown

Female Performance of the Year – Adele Neill (4th place at ITU World Championships)

Male Performance of the Year – Justin Maxwell (2nd place at Hoka Highland Fling)

Club Person of the Year – Catherine Maxwell

Female ‘Spirit of East Coast’ award – Jacque Craig

Male ‘Spirit of East Coast’ award – James Robinson

Paddy Campbell Memorial Trophy – Paul Cunningham
